Hey there! So, I've been dealing with weight stuff since I was a teenager. It all started when I lost my mom at 13, and there was this crazy pressure to be super skinny. My grandma thought putting me in pageants would help, but it kinda backfired, leading to me feeling crappy about my body.

In college, I tried all sorts of unhealthy ways to manage my weight (1200 calorie diets, no carbs, detoxes, meal replacement shakes, etc) until I became a dietitian. I got into CrossFit & Weightlifting… and while I saw some changes… I was still NOT looking different in the mirror.

Fast forward to early 2020, and I suddenly gained a bunch of weight. I was dealing with weight loss resistance and NO one knew how to help me. It hit me that years of stress, messed-up hormones, and a wonky diet had messed with my metabolism big time.

But here's the good part: I went on a tough three-year journey, and guess what? I managed to reverse my weight loss resistance. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
