  • In Private Coaching, the four months are dedicated to simplified tracking of nutrients like protein and fiber for optimal blood sugar balance—crucial for supporting metabolism and fat loss, even if you're not diabetic.

    Discover your ideal balance of healthy fats and pinpoint your specific carb tolerance for sustainable weight loss.

    By month four, tracking becomes second nature, and many clients find they don't need to track regularly. We use the MacrosFirst app, but our approach is flexible, not strict.

  • Your customized nutrition plan is ready within 48-72 hours of joining. We break it down into nutrient-focused weeks: protein, fiber, sweet and starchy carbs, and healthy fats.

    From month 1-4, you continue to track for blood sugar regulation and fat loss. By week 16, tracking is mostly optional, used when you want to ensure optimal results.

  • We have VIP COACHING DAYS three days a week, providing you with the opportunity to chat as much as needed for nutrition confidence.—no need to change your schedule or make room for an hour long conversation. You can chat with Britt at the grocery store or even after dropping the kids off at school.

  • Each Friday you'll receive a form to complete, sharing weekly insights. Submit your check-ins by Sunday at midnight to receive personalized responses.

  • I operate as a cash-based business, which means I accept major payment methods. Additionally, I do welcome Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), provided there are available funds for each payment.

    Many of my clients have successfully submitted reimbursement claims to their insurance providers, but it's important to note that not all have received full refunds.

    I recommend checking with your insurance company before submitting reimbursement claims to understand the specific terms and conditions of your coverage.

  • Let's clarify what a Meal Plan is. It involves specific, prescribed meals for multiple days, tailored to your customized food and drink preferences to help you reach a specific health goal. However, it's important to note that VIP coaching does not include personalized meal plans. Instead, you'll receive downloadable meal plan examples for inspiration.

    I refrain from providing meal plans because they're not effective. The goal isn't to be stuck eating the same seven dinners for life without deviation. What you truly want is to learn how to create your own meal plan that caters to your metabolism, aiding in shedding those unwanted pounds.

  • The only package I offer is the 4-Month plan, designed to provide optimal support for achieving your goals. Whether your goals are big or small, this four-month duration allows for genuine and sustainable change.

  • I do not currently provide discounts or scholarships on VIP coaching.

    However, I do provide extended payment plans that allow you to pay the full amount over time in smaller increments. All you need to do is ask.

  • Completely up to you. My clients have done both of working with me before/during and while others choose to sign up but not start until they were home.

  • We aim for our clients to maximize the benefits of our program and be in a position where they can dedicate their energy to it. If you're currently feeling overwhelmed in your life, it might be worth waiting until things are more manageable before starting VIP. Some clients discover that prioritizing their mental health with therapy serves as a great initial step

  • Mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being. While numerous clients discover that the extra support and accountability in VIP coaching enhance their mental health, it's important to note that VIP coaching is not a substitute for mental health services or therapy.

  • Not necessarily. VIP coaching prioritizes optimizing your metabolism, and that requires careful preparation for healthy fat loss. We don't rush the process, and results take time. We can't guarantee specific results by a set date. This isn't quick-fix coaching, so if you have a tight timetable in mind, this might not be the best fit for you.

  • We don't offer refunds once you commit to VIP coaching. It's crucial to be transparent in your application about your goals to ensure VIP coaching is the right fit for you from the start.
