Hey, I’m Britt

I've been in a constant struggle with my body image for as long as I can remember. It's no surprise that I ended up studying the whole human body and nutrition gig. I wrapped up my bachelor's in Nutrition Food Science back in 2014 and followed it up with a master's in Human Performance in 2018.

I've been active all my life, kicking things off with gymnastics. That competitive drive stuck with me and led me to CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. I absolutely love getting strong, but here's the kicker – I was struggling to look like I actually worked out.

Once I got into a dietetic internship, I just knew I wanted to focus on helping women. My heart was pulling me away from the hospital setting. But life took a turn after I officially became a dietitian. It's been a journey, to say the least.

And now, I’m going to TEACH you my exact nutrition strategy that has help other women FINALLY melt inches off their waist.
